What is CBRL and who are we?

We are Merlijn and Olaf, two real estate students from Amsterdam who, during their studies, noticed that there wasn't yet a good platform for wintering and long-term rentals on the Costa Blanca. While other sites focus primarily on short-term stays, CBRL focuses on reliable rentals from a minimum of one month to twelve months or longer.

At Costa Blanca Rent & Living, we combine our real estate expertise with a personal approach.
We assist tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers with care, attention, and clear communication.
Everything starts with a personal intake, where we discuss your wishes and preferences. This way, we know exactly what you're looking for – and what to consider when finding the right property or the right buyer.
